I am devoted to and excel in the areas of health and fitness, having been on a fitness journey myself for the last 20 years. Through my journey, I have learnt how simple and fun exercise actually is once you learn how to use it to your advantage. The journey is lifelong, a very rewarding and interesting one.
My goal is to help others pursue and achieve their health & fitness goals through movement and healthy eating habits, creating a generation of 'smart fitness people'.
I have been a PT for the last 11 years and conducted online sessions for the last 6 years now, having maintained my client base.
I would like the privilege to bring wellness to people, helping them make positive changes in their lives through my ability to connect with and foster lasting relationships.
