I am primarily a strength and conditioning coach. I train myself in a variety of ways that include strength/weights, calisthenics, high intensity intervals, boxing, mobility, and long distance cardio.
I train anywhere from 2-4 hours a day, 6-7 days a week with adequate rest and nutrition. My lifestyle and mentality towards training influence my clients in their journeys to become better versions of themselves.
