Myself and our coaches provide online coaching services for people who are currently training at home with some or no equipment. We also provide nutrition coaching for weight loss.
What sets us apart is we educate our clients and provide a whole range of support throughout their journey with us. Our founder and head coach Paolo Baja has almost 20years of coaching experience from bodybuilders to powerlifters and a variety of sports specific athletes.
Our team is strong together and we will get through this current environment stronger together.
